It's built for first-home buyers and renters, runs in your browser with no signup, and always routes electrical, gas, and structural work to a licensed professional. It's a personal project by Ray Gunawan — not affiliated with Vercel, where it happens to be hosted.
I built Fixel because buying or renting your first home comes with a hundred small breakages nobody teaches you about — and the choice is usually an hour of YouTube roulette or paying a call-out fee to learn it was a $5 washer. This tool gives you the honest answer first: what it probably is, whether it's safe to touch, and exactly what to do or say next.
